Data Deletion

At Trial Exam Online Shop, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so using any of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete via Email

Send an email to Email (enable JavaScript) with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Option 2: Delete from Your Account Settings

If you are logged in, you can request account deletion directly from your settings page:

1. Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom
2. Click Delete account. The first screen lists what will be deleted, including any paid access
3. Click Continue, then confirm by typing your email address and the words "delete my account". If you sign in with an email and password, you will also enter your password

Your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time you can still log in and use the platform normally, and a banner shows the date your account will be deleted. You can cancel anytime before then from Settings or the banner.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Exam attempt history and scores
• Analytics and performance data
• Subscription and payment records (where legally permissible)
• Any content or data linked to your account

After an account is deleted, we keep only an anonymous count for our own records: how the account signed in, its plan, and the dates deletion was requested and completed. This record contains no name, email address, or account ID.

Your Data Across Exam Seasons

Your review data is not reset or deleted when an exam season (March or August cycle) ends. These stay on your account:

• Exam attempts, scores, and performance analytics
• Streaks and badges
• Study plan progress and ranking tier
• Referral statistics

What ends with the season is paid access: a subscription or exam purchase covers the season it was bought for. To remove your review data, delete your account using one of the options above.

Facebook Login Users

If you signed up using Facebook, you can also remove Trial Exam from your Facebook account by going to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and removing Trial Exam. This will revoke our access to your Facebook data. To fully delete your Trial Exam account data, please also follow one of the options above.

30-Day Grace Period

After requesting deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period:

• You can still log in and use the platform normally
• A banner and your Settings page show the scheduled deletion date
• You can cancel the request anytime before that date from Settings or the banner
• On that date, your account and all data are permanently and automatically deleted

Please note that some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).
