Data Deletion

At Trial Exam Online Shop, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so using any of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete via Email
Send an email to with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Option 2: Delete from Your Account Settings
If you are logged in, you can request account deletion directly from your settings page:
- Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom
- Click Delete My Data
- Confirm by entering your password (or typing "DELETE" if you use Google/Facebook login)
Your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time you can still log in and use the platform normally — a warning banner will remind you that deletion is scheduled. You can cancel anytime from Settings or the banner.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Exam attempt history and scores
- Analytics and performance data
- Subscription and payment records (where legally permissible)
- Any content or data linked to your account
Seasonal Data Reset
At the end of each exam season (March and August cycles), the following review-related data is automatically reset for all users:
- Exam attempts, scores, and performance analytics
- Streaks and badges
- Study plan progress and ranking tier
- Subscriptions and exam purchases
- Referral statistics and reward balances
- Notifications
Your account, login credentials, profile information, and avatar are retained. This seasonal reset is part of the normal operation of the platform and does not require a request. We recommend saving any results you wish to keep before the season ends.
Facebook Login Users
If you signed up using Facebook, you can also remove Trial Exam from your Facebook account by going to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and removing Trial Exam. This will revoke our access to your Facebook data. To fully delete your Trial Exam account data, please also follow one of the options above.
30-Day Grace Period
After requesting deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period:
- You can still log in and use the platform normally
- A warning banner shows the scheduled deletion date
- You can cancel the request anytime from Settings or the warning banner
- After 30 days, your account and all data are permanently and automatically deleted
Please note that some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).
