• Per Exam Purchase — Individual exam access purchased per exam season. Pricing varies by category and combination.
• Full Review — Complete access to all exams, detailed analytics, and premium features for the exam season.

All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Refund Policy: All purchases are non-refundable as access to review materials is granted instantly upon payment. If you experience any issues with your purchase, contact us at Email (enable JavaScript) and we'll do our best to help.

Seasonal Reset: All subscriptions, exam attempts, scores, streaks, badges, analytics, and study plan progress are reset at the end of each exam season. Your account and login credentials remain active, but all review-related data is cleared to provide a fresh start for the next season. It is your responsibility to save any results you wish to retain before the season ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, redistribute, or reproduce exam content in any form
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or platform systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account

5. Intellectual Property

All exam content, questions, passages, analytics, and platform design are the intellectual property of Trial Exam Online Shop. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own study purposes only.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through our Data Deletion process.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trial Exam Online Shop provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that exam results or scores will reflect actual examination outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification.
